      Judoka's or Judo Practitioners get thrown to the ground many times a day during practice. I think they have learned to fall forward practicing judo the last 100 years.

            Maybe I don't know for sure. Falling into the ropes would have been awkward and he could have been hurt also. The table was flat and clear where he landed. He just fell bad.

            Or maybe he jumped out of the ring because he did not want to fight anymore. In a fight he was winning and never hurt in. What ever you want to believe.

                I don't know if he did. But he did take wrestling and some wrestlers take judo also.

                Even In school's kids are taught to fall that way.
