Well on Top Rank coverage they were going to Margaritos dressing rooms at the end of undercard fights and Eric Brown would have put the glove on his hand if they let him so the wrapping was well watched dont worry

actually had a long talk with his manager yesterday and he basically confirmed what I had been saying in that Tony really wanted to get rounds in under the lights and pressure of fighting again. When he saw Tony drop Garcia in the first his manager kind of screamed "NO" for fear it would be a quick night.

their think was that if indeed Tony is to go into a fight with Pacquiao do they really want one round of work in 16 months to stand with? do they really need a war prior to such a big fight with Pacquiao?

Margarito wont change his style 100% but it will adopt some of the things Grandpa has been getting him to do like jab more and use his upper torso

honestly they haven't approached Top Rank yet but my guess would be they will wait until Manny/Floyd negotiations take place before they make their next move

if that fight gets done then I think Tony will fight in Mexico again

Cmon now, Margacheato wasnt tht impressive. Garcia did something no other fighrter has ever done...make margo run and walk thru all his punches. Yea he got a shock drop in the 1st rd but gee, Robert wasnt even hurt. Ha goes to show you thats y margo refuses a re-match cuz once Robert modifies his style, it wont be a match cuz he'll ko Margo. an besides give Rob credit, he fought not only Margo, but a really prejudice crowd (booin the national anthem is tasteless bro, but typical mexico) and a ref who was clearly paid and favored margo. ( yea goin an kissin margos cheek after the score cards really shows some kinda favortism) Overall specatcular performance by Robert and a lack luster one by Margo. Look at the video. Not a scratch on Robs face. Hell, Margo was more red in the face than anything. These two will meet again in the near future, I can promise u that. Its inevitable! This was a positive gor Garcia! Not only did he take everything from a former top 3 contender, but I'm sure every figher in the welter and super welter are asking themselves or saying, "Wow, that kid has got a chin and power!" believe me dawg the only way plastertito was gonna KO Garcia was if he was wearing his plaster. Margacheto didn't show any pop in his punch and after the 1st knock down never hurt Garcia again. u can here in their coner after round 5 "aguanta mucho este way no lo vas a noquiar, no te quedes en frente de el muevete" which means u are not going to knock him out he can take a punch don't stand in front of him you need to move
