you can't judge cintron based on slow motion. you have to see it in real time to see his momentum. when you have your upper body weight ahead of your legs, you can't stop yourself that easy. even if he did jump out the ring on purpose, i believe he wanted to continue.

lol, it looks bad but that is the way you are suppose to take a fall believe it or not. If you jump a bit and front roll it breaks your fall I used to do front break falls all the time in judo.
