I think they were tangled and you can see Williams foot caught on Kermit when he actually begins to fall. I think it looks like it because Cintron tried to recover and not land in press row. He tried to grab on but he had too much momentum.

If he actually did that on purpose, he has me fooled. Cause that would be the most ridiculous and unexplainable thing I've seen a fighter do in a long time. That's partly why I don't believe it. He was winning the fight.
