I agree. He should be given a KO and a 1 year suspension for brain damage since he obviously exhibited signs of severe brain damage after his KO loss.

Its true that before the fall Cintron was hit at the end of a shot then missed one of his own over the neck of Williams, Williams then grabbed and went down bringing Cintron with him.
