Williams threw a left hand and fell in with his head down, Cintron pushed Williams' head down under his left arm, Williams then stumbled forward and fell, while Williams fell his legs got tangled up with Cintron, Cintron lost his balance and fell forward through the ropes, landed on his back on a table at ringside and then fell to the floor.

That's what happened from what I remember in the fight.

Pretty even fight early but Kermit was landing and Paul wasn't busy and wasn't landing at all. The action finally picked up in the 4th they both got tangled up with Kermit going out of the ring between the ropes. Replays show that Kermit "jumped" out but I'm not so sure of that. It more looked like he was avoiding a television on the table. He landed on the table, and after that they showed him laying on the floor. I'm not sure whether he fell on the floor or moved there (I don't remember them ever showing this on the broadcast). He layed on the floor and didn't move. The fight is stopped (by the doctor I think) and the medical crew came in and put Cintron on a stretcher. As he's laying ther he's saying he's ok, but he didn't look ok laying on the ground (If he was truly ok why didn't he just get up? No one was laying on him). Some lame California rule says this fight goes to the scorecards. 1 judge had it 40-36 for Cintron, 1 had it 40-36 Williams, and the other had it 39-37 for Williams.

In what ****ing universe could you consider those first 3 rounds, owning?

Cintron was winning simply because Williams wasn't doing much, just throwing lazy jabs trying to box and get a feel for Cintron's right hand. I agree he was winning, but it was hardly convincing.
