Okay, I completely take this back, and I editted the first post. After rewatching the footage, I've come to a conclusion that Cintron seriously cannonballed out of the ring. LOL disgraceful...

Well at least Williams can say he sent him to the hospital without lifting a finger. That's how dangerous The Punisher is.
