i dont know, it depends on how Tarver comes in, if he was as inactive as the first fight,i'd say johnson by dec. i dont think he could KO Tarver. But if Tarver comes out fighting, i'd would have to go with Tarver TKO over johnson. but who knows? there has been a lot of upsets lately

Johnson could win but I don't see him knocking Tarver out. Tarver was exhausted early in the first fight and Johnson couldn't stop him then so I don't expect him to stop him this time.
