floyd made a fan outta me after that fight man.. i was very impressed with that victory.. i was never a big floyd fan. i watched him to lose, but i put money on him and won a lil sum sum..
he does train at odd hours.. i dont think it really matter when u train.. whenever its convinient.Comment

Actually, when you think about it, it makes sense and I'm suprised more people don't do it.
The fights happen late at night (10-11pm or so) so it makes sense to prepare the body to be 'active' and responsive for that time.
People's natural circadian patterns are to work during the day and to rest at night. Well, if his opponents are putting all their efforts during the day, the body will be naturally slower and less responsive (with the exception of a few minutes adrenaline during the first round or so) than a body that is honed and intuitively programmed to perform at its peak at night.
It's not the only key to Floyd's success - his skill is without question - but it surely must be a deciding factor.Comment
