The articles are realesd for a reason. Pump posts articles here for a reason. This site had PPV threads before Floyd even fought on PPV so stop saying its just Floyd fans.
Who are you saying this to? I didn't mention any specific fanbase.

Burner when Laker fans and Cavs fans go back and forth about Kobe and Leborn. Have you seen any instance they bring up who contract is better? Or do they talk about what they do in the court or for their team?

When AP fans and Johnson fans talk about their favorite RB. I never heard them talk about who has the better contract. You telling me you have?

I never heard any Brees, Manning, Brady fans comparing contracts. You have?

The only time I hear about contracts is who is getting over paid or for cap room. Not do prove an agenda. NBA wise is too see what kind of trades you can get. But, they doing it for their own team cuz they're a fan of a team. Not cuz to big up one person and down grade another person.

Burner the majority of fight fans who talk about PPV numbers are Floyd fans bro. And, you know it. You was just arguing the other day with Floyd fans saying that Floyd should not fight P-Will cuz he is not a big draw.

And, then when you say fuck all this PPV talk you have Bernardo and posters of his ilk calling you a butthurt *******. Like I never seen anything like this before with any other fighter or fan base.

I post on a couple forums NBA and NFL boards and it gets alot of talk but its in a different way. More so this guy is overpaid or this guy deserved that deal etc.. I agree its get out of hand but I think every fan base is guilty of that to an extent. These articles get alot of attention for a reason. I dont think that fans should use PPV sales as an excuse for said fighter to duck people though. At the end of the day these dudes are rich and were not.

Exactly the NBA and NFL contract talks are in a different.

Yes PPV numbers get posted. But, I see it they do it in a different way. Think about it have you even seen a Latin Fury PPV numbers get posted heavily? No, cuz they don't do good numbers.

I don't know but I didn't see Hopkins-Jones final numbers. I am pretty sure you can find them somewhere. I know they were prediction was around 100k I read that here. But, I don't know the final numbers.

But, when an event it is a a huge success, like the Oscar fights, Pac-JMM, Cotto, Clottey and Floyd fights. When those numbers get posted more heavily then the numbers that just ******. As they're doing it to show that boxing is still alive for us as fans can come together and be like boxing is kicking MMA's ass. That is the way I am looking at it when I see great numbers get posted more so than the numbers that flop.

But, some other posters is more like "HAHA my favorite fighter is a bigger draw than your favorite fighter. butthurt, you mad?" Is like no I am not mad I am just laughing at your ****** ignorant ass. You know what I am saying? Is like they're not even boxing fans.

And, Burner you don't agree that the majority of the fans that do that are Floyd fans? I admit some Pac fans do it too. Like Baracuda dumbass arguing on another thread about it. Some Pac fans do it, I think other Pac fans just laugh about it like I do.

But, the majority of fans who are serious about this ****. Are a group of Floyd fans don't you agree?

I am not saying all Floyd fans but a group of Floyd fans are the ones who are really serious about the money situation like if they're getting paid also.

              Great post! green k

Hopefully this marks the end of these threads. Its funny because the people bragging about PPVs are actually bragging that the biggest event in boxing is in jeopardy, and they're missing out on the possibility of seeing their favorite two fighters (Manny and Floyd) fight to show the world who is the greatest of our time.
