there shouldnt be any cut-off date. that just makes the whole process irrelevant. pacman just needs to get over his irrational fears and see the bigger picture. the real bad guys here are arum and roach who should be telling manny this...

people and specially floyd should petition the boxing commission to enforce the OST on their fight and not force manny to do whatever that is not required of him. what theyve gone thru is negotiate, floyd wanted straight OSRT but countered with 24 days before the fight and right after the fight, floyds camp countered with the 14 days, manny didnt agree, its the right of manny not to agree. the accusation for his taking PEDs is baseless, if ever the accusation is only based on malice. why should he be forced to do what is not required? the best possible option for floyd is he petition the nevada commission to require in their fight the OST.

Nobody is forcing Manny to do anything. This was a request just like his ridiculous ten million per lb request. PBF acquiesced to all his frivolous demands so he can at least return the favor. But no he wants to act like a spoiled child. Everything must go his way. So I hope Floyd sticks to full OST demand. If Manny refuses then Floyd "the Dragon" Mayweather Jr. can go fight bigger fights elsewhere.

Only when it suits their needs, though.

When it comes to weight penalties, they don't trust the Commissions.

Why does Manny trust the Commission for drug testing when he thinks they are incompetent for weight penalties?

No, like a woman. Women get weak and emotional when they bleed a little.

It's funny how the so called "toughest" fighter with the "most" heart can't take the SAME testing as his opponent.
