It's time for Mosley vs Berto!

Mosley even in a loss got big exposure for fighting Mayweather and Berto can take Mosley now I think. It's time to get rid of these older stars and make new ones, Mosley is no good for the 147 lbs division anymore... Pacquiao and Mayweather are both too good for him, it's time to see what Berto can do.

Hopefully we get Berto vs Mosley and Hopkins vs Dawson this year and the young guys win.

mosley is not shot. He got beat by arguably the best fighter in the world.
He still knocks Berto out in 6. That right Shane landed on Floyd would give Berto a concussion. Dude got a glass jaw.

Before I was all over the idea, now I'm less than enthused.

No Mosley needs to retire. Berto should fight Clottey so Clottey can have that WBC belt

Yeah, so we can see fighters hit a punching bag for 12 rounds in title defences and if they gas out, they lose lol I think Berto would have a decent chance against Clottey though. He's both quick enough and strong enough to put Clottey in his shell. Zab Judah had Clottey swinging like two times every minute until he gassed out.

I picked Berto by decision before. I still do. Berto will have to keep his feet moving. Mosley will have to make it a fight. Against Collazo, Berto showed that you can make him fight your fight so Mosley can definately win this one.

Its a good fight. I'd buy it on PPV.

BUT. Berto has alot to lose here. Also, I don't think that match up will generate the money its worth at this point.

In terms of business this fight doesn't make sense. Also Mosley just coming off a big loss after training non-stop for 6 months or so, throwing him in against another fast handed fighter right away is asking alot.
