I believe he will, especially because Roach is in his corner. Unless Margo has recovered completely from the beatings and is back to the way he was when he KO'ed Cintron & Cotto, I doubt he'll perform that well. I'm sure the layoff and pressure will have its effect on him too.
Roach i dont think will be in his corner Roachs assistant Eric Brown will be people shouldnt underestimate Garcia he has good power and good speed but if Tony has anything left in him he should be able to beat Garcia the layoff will hurt Marga a bit though
