    Thats just insane.
I don't think its unfair. Mayweather didn't make weight in the Marquez fight, so that was Pacquiao's way of making sure Mayweather came in at the correct weight.

okay---the fact that floyd immediately accepted it goes to show you it wasn't a problem----but the fact that manny continuously switched dates on blood tests, and kept flip flopping with his team goes to show you manny is full of ****----

floyd never even argued the weight penalty demand
manny argued at all costs the ost request for both fighters
then kept increasing cutoff dates---when it started at 3 days---then 5 days---then 30 days and right after the fight---then 24 days---then walked away from the fight when a 14 day cutoff was offered to him--now he is willing to do a 14 days cutoff supposedly, if floyd does it to, as if he didn't propose it----and floyd did it all the way up until the fight with shane---came up clean---dominated shane-----didn't get weak mentally----

manny then says he never said 14 days---now the only thing on his mind is his congressional seat----and then a vacation---and then maybe floyd---of course the ost will have to be very flexible----who's ducking who and what? manito is ducking money may---that we do know--and that we've known since the last time the fight was being negotiated-----

and don't forget freddie saying manny will ko floyd coz floyd's legs are gone at age 33---so he sees a weakness in floyd all of a sudden----basically ADMITTING floyd isn't in his prime, and he really isn't-----but he will still dominate manny all over the ring,, and stop him by round 8---the rest is up to manny----just take the tests, it's that easy----

Its not the same thing IMO.

The NSAC has weight penalty rules on their own, and often they are pretty stiff(Up to 25% of a fighter's purse can be taken for missing weight).

He missed weight for a catch weight fight, but the commission doesn't exactly recognize catch weights(Which is why the fighters usually put their own penalties into the contract). The problem is that this wasn't a catch weight fight, and if he didn't want to pay the 2 or 3% for Shane's belt, I'm sure he's not going to want to pay anywhere between 10-25% to the NSAC for missing weight.

Never understood the fuss around the weight penalty issue, who cares how much money is involved, whether its 1 million or 1 billion. The fight is contracted to 147, if either fighter were to come in over that weight they should be severely punished.

Why is it a problem for Manny asking for 10 million? what is a acceptable amount?

Say it was 1 million, is ok for Floyd to come in a few pounds over just because he can take that hit?

They only say it when people say Floyd was demanding too much with OST and saying they should keep things like they usually are. Floyd accepted it and wasn't bothered, but Manny rejected the tests.

and 25% of a 50-50 split 100 million dollar projected fight or mayweather's purse is 14.5 million dollars, next youre gonna say the 10 million penalty is actually fair because its lower than what the commission imposes at their whim lmao dumb *****, oh and they will impose the 25% penalty if pac doesnt say 10 million since mayweather pull a ****** thief when he went to the commision on weigh-in day, took the contract they submitted it months earlier and then changed the weight limit of the bout against marquez from 143 to 147 at the day of the weigh-in...that was like 1 day b4 the fight lmao

that really pissed off the commision
youre ******, it dont matter where the weight is, if u come in overweight you will pay dearly.. end of

floyd is screwed either way.. from pac or the commision

but oh no it's not ok for Pacquiao to negotiate the penalty for himself and Floyd for coming over weight.
