I think so in my opinion. But trouble is his handspeed is all he tries to put effort on. It looks like he hits in flurries while bothering about handspeed more than actually making punches effective., unlike Pac who brings much more technicality to offensive and Mayweather with his accuracy. We don't know the extent of his improvements by Roach until we see him fight i suppose. That's my opinion anyway
