I think Ike is at 160 now and cant make 154 anymore. They also probally think it might be ok with X, Taylor, and Wright there. Ouma has also spoke about moving up

wonder why HBO introduced Quartey as a former champ but called Verno Phillips a gatekeeper, even though he had the IBF 154 before dropping it to Ouma?

they just said that the contracted weight agreed was 157, though both ended up at 154
