im gonna chip my 2 cents in and say marvin hagler, you couldnt hurt him to the body, which is my definintion of conditioned. nor could you hurt him to the head, but thats probably just divine intervention. also if there were 50 rounds in a fight, could you really see anyone wearing him down. would leonard still have stolen a fight if it were 50 rounds? any one who doubts hagler should watch his fight against john "the beast" mugabe.

pound for pound id go with prime tyson

i can't think of many fighters PERIOD that could throw combois that fast, with that much power, and for that long without gassing

Well they say Holyfield was awestruck after watching Tyson training....he couldn't believe someone worked harder than he did......i'm guessing this was a pre-jail and pre "my ego is so inflated i don't have to train" Tyson.

I`ve seen Tyson himself say that it was bad if didnt knock his opponent out before the 4th or the 5th because usually thats when he would start to tire...

I do seem to remember him saying it had something to do with his nose or something but still.. IMO cant be considered the best condiotioned boxer ever

Jones is a hilarious pick, given his legendary lackadaisical approach to training. Marciano was legendary for conditioning, Hagler as well.
