Tyson, Roger, or Floyd would do a good job replacing Lewis on HBO. The Mayweathers are very knowledgeable about the sport of boxing and I want to hear Roger say, "you don't know **** about boxing" to the rest of the HBO crew. Tyson is also very knowledgeable about boxing and knows his history.

I don't know if he knows a lot about boxing like his brothers do, but at least he's ****ing high and a bit more articulated than Floyd Sr and Roger.

No-one can say how good or bad Freddie will be until he's actually done it, so stop all the bitchin and moanin or at least save it for later. I can understand Freddie Roach perfectly, so I'm sure the rest of you can too. If not, learn some ****ing English and get your ears washed out.

correct me if im wrong but isnt the june 5 fight a HBO Championship Boxing event and not BAD. but even if it were and Roach were hired, i doubt he would be announcing on that card since his fighter is the co-feature vs Joe Greene. No disrespect to the man, but i've talked to him many times and you really have to pay attention to understand what he's saying... i rather watch the fighting and not concentrate on the commentary... Magic was a better player than coach, Freddie is a better trainer then he will ever be a commentator...

They need somebody of ethnicity because Jim Lampley and Larry Merchants are racist as all hell. Listen and you'll catch them drop little subtle comments here and there. If you dont believe me Youtube it. George Foreman almost had to KO Lampley over some comments he made in the Naz/Barrera fight. Plus they dont know **** about boxing ha!
