My take on Pacquiao v Mayweather..what do u think?

    In Mayweathers favour:
Pac struggled against a counter puncher in marquez, his speed, footwork and power didn't amount to **** against marquez...mayweather is a much better boxer than marquez, faster reflexes, quicker and stronger.
Mayweathers jab is excellently timed, PAC struggled with cottos jab for a couple rounds. Although pac is considered a 'technical' brawler right now, he has his moments when he reverts back to his jab, left straight over and over, this was seen in cotto fight when he thought he had cotto, against a counter puncher like mayweather this is a no, no.. Mayweather is smart enough to let PAC gain some momentum to lead him straight into a counter punch, like he did against hatton, I saw him let hatton get comfortable..PAC is also a come forward fighter..
Other pros: footwork and range, a decent chin and overall boxing capabilities

    In Pacquiao's favour:
He struggled against marquez but in the second fight showed some signs of technical brawling with his own setting up and counters.
People say zab caused mayweather problems but zab is a better boxer than pac..watch the first 5 rounds of mayweather/zab again, there's nothing there that the pac of today can't match or even better, pac is more dangerous than the zab that fought mayweather, is mayweather more dangerous since then??
Lateral movement, which boxer has mayweather fought with the lateral movement and ability to punch at weird angles like pac?
Roach thinks he has the game plan for mayweather, he thought he was close with de la hoya, the jab did trouble mayweather, mosleys body jabs bothered him too, pac may go for body head type attack like the one that dropped cotto the first time.
Other pros: warriors heart, in and out footwork, combo speed and stamina

my overall take, if Pac gets in fast and early or changes attacks as floyd adapts he may take this. If floyd gets past the first 3-4 rounds comfortably he'll know what Pac is about and it's game over for pac..I've never seen a floyd fight where he's troubled in the later rounds much...

    What you guys think?

Pretty good points. Something no EVER mentions is Floyds inside fighting and his ability to control fighters in clinches.

N one EVER tries to clinch Pac or make him fight on the inside. Youll see that alot from Floyd. He has to do everything to take Pac out his comfort zone.

Good points, slipped my mind, floyd punching and coming in with a clinch is a good technique..I think that PAC avoids clinches though with his stamina he can stay on his toes..
But you're right floyd has got a knack of taking ppl out of their comfort zones and making it his fight

yes i agree with your comments, Mayweather did very well against Hatton when clinching and also did it to an extent against Mosley.

I think Mayweather wins by late KO

Making a non-biased opinion. Pac doesn't tire out like Zab Judah. Nobody works as hard as Mayweather in the gym, but if there's anyone who comes really really close its Pacquaio. So both fighters won't fade out, but it seems like Floyd is already getting in Manny's head. If Manny fights mad, its a wrap; Floyd UD.

If Floyd thinks Manny is the same fighter he was against Marquez he's in for a big surprise.
