cintron does punch hard (obviously) but i dont think he punches that hard. i think his power is overrated.
(that and the fact that he isn't too consistent)

Cintron has a punchers chance but Williams has a good chin and is tough so even thats not a big chance imo.

Williams stylistically is a bad fight for Cintron. Williams will apply constant pressure and force Cintron to fight at a high pace.

I see Williams stopping Cintron on accumulation in 9 rounds.
