Manny isn't gonna knock out Floyd because he is bigger.. not because Floyd is so good. Feed him to one of this top bigger foes and he can easily fold, same with Manny.

But until they face each, it's pretty even because both have the tendency to surprise and surpass expectations, hence their legends.

The only way both Pac and Floyd are getting knocked out is if they're matched up against much bigger and top opponents north of 147. But they would rather not do it.

Both parties are so good at picking opponents (add cherry-picking) and maximizing advantages. They use every rule and create additional rules like Testing and Catch-weights.
