      I don't follow baseball.

Anyways, you're the one who said we can't speculate because that's what the tests are for, not me.

But I understand what you mean: we can't speculate UNLESS we wanna make Pac look like a cheater. Sorry, I didn't get that right from the beginning. Now I get it.

all the tests before the cutoff date wasn't gonna be at a set time and date so technically you can call it random.
Pacquiao did agree to random urine all the way to the fight and after but it wasn't accepted. Floyd wanted blood aswell.

Epo can be detected through urine as Marion Jones was found out.

HGH is only detected through blood but so far nobody has ever been tested positive.

The test was introduced at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004 and other major sport events. However, because hGH is often taken by doping athletes in the offseason for the anabolic effect, the test is most effective when implemented in a no-advance-notice out-of-competition strategy.
that's what I was talking about. 24 day cut-off date or not, makes no difference.

Right, Phil. But how do we know he's on HGH?

                      baseball is a bad example.

baseball at the time didn't do any testing at all.

                      boxing does.

                      the testing not good enough?

then change it. for everyone though.

when baseball finally started testing they made it league wide.

you don't see the red sox refusing to play the yankees until they got tested.
