Does anyone who accuses Pac of being on HGH know what it is? I mean I've studied medicine for a 1 year am not nearly as clued up as some people on here seem to be.

HGH is a natural substance which occurs naturally in the body, so detecting and judging when levels are out of the ordinary are very hard to determine.
I believe there has only ever been one case where a athlete has tested positive for it, and that was a Rugby player in England.

For boxing it not even the best PED, EPO would be much more beneficial, where urine tests have as good as detection rate as blood.
