Mayweather vs Martinez will NOT happen

Martinez is way too much of a risk.

Mayweather won't go up to 154 to face him. Forget about 160. Martinez would have a HUGE size advantage and would be much stronger. He would likely out-box Mayweather to earn a decision.

If the Pacquiao fight doesn't happen, expect Mayweather to go after Berto.

I think it might happen, Martinez thinks very highly of Floyd and would like to oppurtunity to fight them, I dont think it's a good move for FMJ to go back up to 154 yet alone 160. That's too big for him, But it would be an interesting fight at 154.

I still want to see him fight in the U.K

I don't expect it, but I could definitely see it if Mayweather were to beat the hell out of Pacquiao. He wouldn't have a challenge at 147, due to circumstances I doubt he would ever end up in the ring with Paul Williams, and Sergio fights Floyd's kind of fight so Floyd would have a decent chance.

Heard the same when the Mosley fight was in the talks.
Honestly i think its moreviable the Martinez fight than the Berto one, Al Haymon wont ruin his young rising star just now.

I think the fight could potentially happen, and I may have to favor Martinez due to the major size advantage.

There is no way in hades Mayweather would get in with a bigger, prime southpaw. Anyways he will probably try for Ricky or Matthew next.

martinez is older than floyd but still awesome no signs of decline but its the best money option besides pac. if pac doesnt want to show whats in his blood and urine through accurate random testing than the martinez fight is the best alternative. it makes money and builds legacy.
