Whats in this potential fight for Floyd money? No, Legacy? No, respect? Hardly, Entertainment for the fans? Certainly yes. But since when has floyd cared about entertaining the fans when theirs no money involved? Lets just stick to Floyd vs Pac and call it a day.

P.S Anyone thinking Sergio i have no defense and keep my hands at my waist Martinez beats Floyd is nuts. Sure Sergio is exciting but Floyd would pick him apart.

Martinez is going to be 15 pounds heavier than Floyd and running from him.

For ppl who think this fight wont happen, I got news for you...Floyd wont be jumping up 2 weights cuz in reality he's fighting a natural SuperWW just at a MW limit. The opportunity to fight for a MW lineage against a JrMW doesnt come along often lol...that weight is one of the most prestigeous belts in boxing only second to HW n Floyd will fight for that belt...It wont be catchweight but if it is it would have to be at least a pound over 154.

It's a great fight n does a lot for Floyd's legacy. 130-160, 7 time champ in 6 weights, 4 time lineal champ n undefeated. You could argue his legacy when he hadn't fought the best but that ****s down the drain n beating Manny n Martinez at 160 will leave no room for argument. Even better if Pavlik wins the title back cuz Floyd EASILY dominates Pavlik at 160.

This would be a very interesting fight, if Quackiao won't take the tests then it's a great second option for Floyd and for boxing fans.

I don't know how people say that Floyd easily dominates or beats Pavlik.. Floyd is 5'8 and would be fighting an over 6 footer who came in at 178 in his last fight; I don't think thats a easy fight for anyone with such physical disadvantages, though Floyd would definitely have the speed and intelligence factors in his favor.

Pavlik is not an easy fight for Floyd. One right hand from Pavlik can potentially put Floyd in a very deep sleep.

Floyd can outbox Pavlik, but there will be moments when he has to stand toe-to-toe (even if its for only a few seconds) and at least attempt to evade Pavlik with upperbody movement.

Floyd will have to expend a lot of energy to keep Pavlik off him for 12 rounds. He can do it, but it'd be far from easy.

Trust me if it was "easy" he woulda done it a long time ago.......sure Pavlik has a little trouble with great boxers but 1 punch from him and FLoyd could go to sleep real quick
