Hard to say. They would both get their shots in. I have to believe that Pacquiao would land more but Mosley would land harder and has the better chin. Toss up for me.

Oh well yea but but that doesnt mean he would land on him like that, Cotto has huge power too but it did nothing to Manny....i just hate it when people say manny would have been down if Mosley landed the same punch on him,...its like me saying Mosley would be out if Manny landed the same left he landed on Hatton.

And again Manny is not a 1 punch KO guy but has the power to do so....Mosley is a 1 punch KO guy and you see that by how he unloads on 1 punch at a time....if Mosley followed up with powerful combos after hurting FLoyd im sure he would have stopped him, but he kept trying to unload 1 punch that woukd KO him and got gassed because of it
