Neither has paulie, he got Marquez and Campbells left overs of a midget. If you consider Juan Diaz a great win when Juan Diaz is a known 135 pounder then you're only fooling yourself paulie.

I learned my lesson after the Oscar fight.

However, if Manny again passes on these blood tests, people are going to look back at those wins and ask whether Pacquiao would have won if he was forced to take a blood test. I think he'd still beat Oscar because that was more speed than anything and Oscar never really hit him. But if I'm Cotto, I'd start thinking, "I have two losses, and both times my opponent cheated."
