Fighting a dehydrated ex champion at a weight he hasnt made in years? floyd fought delahoya when hoya was over 160!! hydrated and powerful. hell freddy roach told you that they fought delahoya as he had trouble making weight,AND WAS SEEN RUNNING WITH FRESH IV NEEDLE HOLES IN HIS ARM! Hell the cave man even was quoted as saying delahoya at this time didnt even like to train and a much smaller edwin valero gave him a shiny black eye.

floyd's win over shane was much more impressive than manny's win over oscar---it's obvious-----yes, manny moved up 2 weight classes to do so----but floyd beat the ww champion-----manny beat oscar, for no title, nothing---it was just a david vs goliath type fight----manny's performance was great, but floyd beat the guy who manny ducked twice through his trainer, first for a catchweight, then for anoter catchweight---then fights cotto at 145, then fights clottey at 147----factoring in all of this---it goes to show you right there, that floyd fought a healthier guy at his weight class---

and yes, shane was inactive for 16 months or whatever---that was his fault----but then again, he wouldn't have been inactive had manny through freddie, not ducked him twice right, even at a catchweight----and floyd fought 8 months prior to his fight with shane, and hadn't fought for almost 2 years prior to his 1st fight back, yet, he dominated jmm, winning, every round---hopkins has dominated guys after being on a long layoff----these excuses are lame the ts is making----

floyd fought a healthier de la hoya, fought shane at 147, not 145 for a title at 147-----fought mosley on even terms---and manny picked shane to ko and beat floyd----

manny coming up 2 weight classes is impressiver enough for me, and he put on an amazing performance---but what floyd did to the ww champion----losing at most, 2 rounds, and keeping shane in single digits in terms of connect %s for most of the fight----is mind boggling and it once again shows you why floyd is the best fighter in boxing----and of this era-----

manny was the first smaller guy to stop oscar----shane has never been dominated like that before---shane was much more elite than oscar was at the time floyd and manny fought them---that's a fact---he was the ww champion, beating the guy who stopped cotto-----
