Every clean boxer should be in favor of tougher drug testing, because without it it is reasonable to assume that a significant percentage of their opponents will be cheating. Apparently,they cannot answer that question,or answer the question if they want a FAIR fight,without advantages from Pacquiao.....they blindly support Manny holding all advantages with gloves,ring size,etc-yet don't leave that to the commission.
These advantages weigh in at the favour of Manny having smaller gloves (so he can have maximum power),and a smaller ring (so Floyd cannot use maximum movement).

Funny how a USADA style testing that benefits all involved seems so scary to these people....since when has a drug test only benefited one person only if both are supposed to be clean?

I think these people are forgetting that NSAC would also be allowed to do their own weak version of testing as well,so they wouldn't lose their power as far as a commission goes.There would just be additional testing that extends beyond outdated innacurate piss tests...what's the harm in clarity or discouraging these PED abusers?
