but to answer your question, The magic man would rock him if he had power... he's got great boxing ability

this should be an interesting fight. i think its a good test for khan
if he wants to face mayweather its good practice against a fast boxer
but khan is younger and more focused . also every time paulie speaks
it gives khan more motivation ... and khan has more tools now
because he has roach. so it should bring out the best in khan

if he had average power 50-60% ko's i'd still pick Khan, if he had murderous power 85%+ ko's i'd pick paulie.

You can also factor in that while Khan was KO'd in the first round by prescott that isn't career ending. Taking physical beatings from fighters like Hatton and Cotto which Paulie has does give a slight advantage to Khan.
