Judging from the size of his stomach, he hasn't fought himself has he?

A ****** comment to say that he just quit, as if Mayweather had nothing to do with it.

Maybe he wasn't watching the fight as closely as most of us and didn't see the counter punches FLoyd was tagging him with, making him expend more "nervous energy" than he would've if he had thrown twice as many punches against another opponent.

I don't know if Petersen has any fight experience himself but I'm certainly not going to judge whether or not he did based on if he's overweight in his 50's (or however old he is). Tyson, Duran, etc. are all overweight.

I agree with you about it being Mayweather who was responsible for taking him out of the fight. He completely neutralized his output by making him pay every time he opened up and I believe that took him out of the fight mentally.

Because Mosley doesn't quit after 2 rounds in any other fight.

Mayweather didn't do anything that spectacular in the 3rd round. He won it, but to think thats what caused Mosley to stop throwing punches after that is an indication of nuthuggery.

Shane's fought much bigger and stronger punchers than Floyd and never stopped coming.

I would say part of it had to do with Mosley being passed it but you can't discount that Mayweather played a large role in him not being able to get off.

Marquez didn't stop trying. Baldomir didn't stop trying. Even Ricky ****ing Hatton didn't stop trying.

Mosley stopped punching after 2 rounds Ippo.

                  Deal with it.

Do any of you clowns think the Mosley that fought DeLaHoya would've stopped punching after 2 rounds?

I watched that fight again yesterday and I keep trying to find what it is that *****'s keep pointing to that he did that was so special.

                    It was nothing.

It was all Mosley having nothing left after shooting his load in the 2nd.

From then on he was gasping from air through his mouth.

Call him shot and overtrained. Thats the reality here. Even sadder considering a shot and overtrained Mosley almost wiped him out in 2 rounds, lol..

same here...after REWATCHING the fight I must say that Shane came out for the 3rd dam near on E.....I still give Floyd credit for fighting in the manner he fought but Shane was far from his normal self....ANYBODY who's followed th warrior's career knows Mose was NOT himself.....again takin' nothing from Money because the dude fought a brilliant scrap....but Mose wasn't Mose
