    probably the 2000's.

    2000-2010.

as good as many of the fighters in this era was, it simply is the worst of the best. i mean 90's had some beasts at every division. atg's like whitaker, jones, mccalums, prime DLH, Tyson, Lewis, etc.

80's was weak as **** for heavyweights probably even weaker than now but had really good other divisions from Julio Cesar Chavez to the Fab 4 of the 140-160 weight divisions etc.

so as good as boxing has been recently, all in all the 2000's are still probably the weakest by comparison. all we got that's good out of the 2000's was mosley, floyd, pac, the klitschkos and a little bit of hopkins in the early part of it when he dominated Tito. can't think of much else

Weak. No bouts were on TV. It just wasn't memorable at all.

John Stack went 152 rounds to win the title and you call that boring?

A round ended when a guy was knocked down back then.

Stack knocked down his opponent 103 times.

Talk about a war on the level of the revolutionary war, my friends.

          Those were the days.

The 1940's. Mostly because of WW II.

your skills for detecting the obvious humor in talking about PPV buys from that era are impeccable
