Yeah i'm pretty disappointed with this fight as well..especially since this will be a ppv bout.. I think this is marquez's fault more than GBP since Marquez greenlighted this fight instead of fighting Katsidis instead..

Yes but Diaz is not the same fighter no more..he was rocked by Malignanni twice... I'm thinking this will be his last big fight..he should stick to school

Yeah Diaz was never meant to last long. He was able to push Marquez back but he was getting caught with all kinds of counters.

The first 3 rounds will have more action than Floyd and Manny's last fights combined. It will be Fight of the Year 2010. Either this or Marquez-Vasquez II. Why wouldn't anyone want to see a rematch? A good fight is still a good fight.

This is the best fight possible for both Marquez and Diaz right now, it's a big money fight and there isn't really anyone besides Soto and Funeka worthy of a Lightweight Title shot. And those two guys won't bring the money Marquez undoubtedly wants.

The first fight was really great, so both coming from loses, and considering how good last fight was is not that bad.
I still prefer another fight for JMM, becuase he is not getting younger, and i think he is able to beat everybody at lightweight.
I think a great match would be against guys at j.welter....Bradley, Khan...those are very good challenges for JMM.
