Floyd i believe was still in amateur when Pac is fighting pro so that tells a lot, you cant really tell because Floyd lost when he was still in the amateur.

amateur and pro are two different animals. u cant compare am fights to pro fights. and floyd was a champ one year after becoming pro. pac toiled for some time because of the fact that he never was an amateur. being an amateur is a benefint not a detriment.

Prime Cotto would be the closest to beating him, I think. P4P, Barrera, Marquez and Morales could all give him a good run, but he's too big for them except for maybe Barrera. But yeah, I think he's the favorite over everyone.
