What do you expect them to say? That Shane didn't take random drug testing and was possibly on PEDs when he fought Cotto, Maryorga, and Margarito? That Mosley refused extra testing when he fought Judah but noone really made a big deal out of it?

Thing is back then they had NO test for any PEDs so fighters could have easily taken them but we will never know...today they test alin all fights and he has come up clean every time
