Yup 2 pounds does count alot, otherwise it would be a 147 fight.....Theres a reason Manny wanted 10 mil per pound over because weighing over is CHEATING, otherwise they wouldnt be so strict about it.....the fact that fights are cancelled due to weighin over 2 pounds shows its importanence
