Who is the fastest boxer ever?

After watching the 2 videos of "the fastest boxers" my original choices were only reinforced. Macho Camacho, Meldrick taylor, Roy Jones, Ray Leonard.

Many of their opponents were also "fastish" but lost. Floyd Patterson had the fastest heavyweight hands.
Johnny Tapia was also very fast.

I also forgot to mention Howard Davis Junior. I remember him as being very fast all round.
