I don't get how people can say that the whole asking for random drug testing is a head-game for Mayweather. Any rational person who isn't using PEDs would accept the drug testing without really worrying too much about it, which would make it completely ineffective in trying to mess with their head. Mayweather obviously wants to avoid having his opponents cheat against him. Pacquiao refusing to take the tests logically means that either he doesn't want to fight Mayweather or he is cheating, I don't really see any other reasonable explantion.
