Reasons why Cotto vs Pac happened:

1. Cotto beat Mosley
2. Cotto is a top rank fighter (keep money in house)
3. Cotto was on his way to GBP if he didn't get a Pac fight
4. Cotto has a bigger fan base
5. PPV would have been bigger against Cotto than Mosley

I mean there is no reason (justifiable) why Pac should have fought Mosley instead of Cotto. Only Pac haters keep bringing this up. Don't worry though...If Mosley beat Berto, you guys will get your wish because Pac vs Mosley will happen after Pac vs May (regardless of the winner).
