Because he thought/thinks that Manny is on illegal substances. The random blood tests will deter him from cheating if he is actually cheating. Anything else?

Well for 1, he agreed to the testing. Then he said, he was afraid of needles. But has a bunch of tattoos. Then he said, he was superstitous. Then he said he would give blood not too close to the fight or the day of the fight, he wanted a 24 day cut off. Then his most recent flop was that he doesn't want to give blood because Mayweather is bigger than him and he would be at a disadvantage if he gave blood. And the Manny fans buy all of that.

Brings me back to my first post.

1) Manny, Roach and Arum are 3 different people with different opinions.

Arum said he was afraid of needles, not Manny himself.

Manny didn't say he was superstitious he said that he didn't want to give blood close to the fight because he feels weak after giving blood. Since Mayweather is bigger than him he feels that he will have a dissadvantage if they both give blood close to the fight. The bigger you are, the more blood you have.

I don't know what Mayweather has. But its plain as day why he would ask him to do more stringent testing. I mean, we would all KNOW if he is clean or dirty if he would just....say yes and be tested. Don't you think? I mean, there are alot of people out there that want to know AND want to see this fight.
