You are usually right with your points, and stances; this time, not so much.
Martinez is doing what people normally do in any mutual (legally binding contract)agreement, honor it. Pavlik might want a re-match; however, I don't see Pavlik excersising the re-match anytime soon it wouldn't work out in his favor. Martinez doesn't look the type to "duck" anyone judging on his selection of opponents as of late. His options: Margo, Williams, and Floyd in the near future could make him very rich. Even though Mayweather is the most lucrative of the three, a deal is a deal.
Ducking? No. Difficult decisions that need to be made??? Yes!!! Martinez is in the driver seat in the first time of his career where he actually has many viable options. To call him a Duck off the bat seems foolish bro. The man got his due, and he just needs to plan his next move.
Had to make room for that awesome Floyd gif. You cant have 3 Pics in your sig.
Pauls fighting this week so his sig stays.
Alright bud I'll give ya that! It might be awhile for Hasegawa to fight now anyways wit a broken jaw... I hope he gets a rematch for sure because I think he will take him... you could tell his jaw was bothering him after that first round everytime he got hit
Martinez is proving to be a true champion again and again, he is a great ambassador for the sport honoring his agreements and looking to avenge a very old loss against an opponent who really is in no position to even fight Sergio at his current status in the sport.

Yeah he will bounce back. He has to get surgery so he'll be down for a minute. I had him up 3-0 and he was winning the 4th. I think he can make the right adjustments and get the win over Montiel in a rematch.
