Why didn't Nonito sign the contract to fight Vic?

The story says Vic waited for 6 weeks for them to fax the contract back and they never did.

How the hell is Nonito p4p #4 anyway?

International TV is very lucrative for Top Rank and Arum. What they offered Shaw was peanuts so Shaw went out and struck his own deal for International TV and offered Arum what he was offered

neither fighter IMO was at fault in this. I know both want this fight
