Vitali Klitschko, no doubt. Worse than a razor gash. That looked like quarter horse that had gotten tangled up in barbed wire fence. Gaping monster of a cut. Worst I've ever seen.

i think the worst ever was the cut over vitali klitschko's left eye in his fight with lennox lewis.

I'd say it's a tie between this, the one Gatti had against Angel Manfredy and the one Raul Marquez had against Yori Boy Campas.
