Dude, I'm not an expert on all the back and forth w/ the testing like you are, but I'm willing to bet that a lot of the things that were said early on had more to do with the language barrier for Pac.

He's not very polished in interviews so when some random reporter asks him about steroids, especially if he is not expecting it or even knows what they are, he probably put his foot in his mouth.

Thats not any implication of guilt. Floyd Mayweather wants to have this debate in the media and Pac will always lose that battle simply because he can't speak the language all that good.

Now that all the dust has settled, Pac is pretty consistent with his "**** you" stance.

That said, random blood testing is the only way to confirm this. So, I want all fighters to take random blood and urine tests up to the fight.
