Before and After the fight --- Floyd made it clear that since him and Mosley did the full USADA test (no cut off dates), - then thats how its gonna stay for anyone else he fights.

If Bob/Freddy give him an offer that they know he wont take (regarding cut off dates).... then they can try to blame Floyd and go off to fight other top rank fighters.
