Its debatable, Resto was ban for life because we all saw what happen in the ring and how it affect Collins outside of the ring, I think because Rito was caught before he had the chance to use it against Mosley made his punishment easier but i just cannot believe that Rito had only try to use it once.

Margacheato should be banned mostly because of the way he denied it saying he didn't know his trainer did that to his hand-wraps. When professional boxers like Lennox Lewis have stated that it sounds like total bull****. Lewis wasn't the only boxer who said something to those lines, other pros have said the same thing.
