pac vs mayweather in the phillipines

they should have the fight in his home country. its only fair that the most popular boxer should get a fight in his home country.

(yes i remember what happened to hussien when he fought pac in the phillipines but i highly doubt it happening again.)

Yeah sure, Mayweather would be hung after he beats Pac.

When Thrilla in Manila happened, the economy of Philippines was in a high point. It was one of the richest nations in Asia, following Japan.

Then Ferdinand Marcos (president during the 1970s) put the nation in crisis. They've been suffering since then.

A big fight there won't generate as much live gate money even if they adjust the time for US time zones on PPV.

After hearing about all the shady things mannys guys pulled against Hussy i would advise against floyd going over there!!!

It was disgraceful imo the room on the main street noise with bright lights driving him to training the long way with the most traffic possible and that was just a few things they did!!!

well, to be quite honest, if they overpriced the tickets, an arena of 40,000 will still sellout.

The only problem is that I don't see the president ever putting a high bid like what Marcos did for Thrilla in Manila.

Nice idea... but its really hard to make it happen...

Maybe they should also have great fight cards... Maybe to cut the prices they can put in the other Filipino boxers like...

              Main event: Pac vs Mayweather
              Supporting:
              Donaire vs Montiel
              Conception vs Lopez
              Milan Melindo vs Koki Kameda
              Mayol vs Giovanni Segura
              Villoria vs ?
              Casimero vs Calderon
              Francisco vs Darcharyan
              Melligen vs Erik Morales
              Nietes vs Roman Gonzalez
              Micheal Domingo vs Hozumi Hasegawa
              AJ Banal vs Erik Morel

              That will be war!!!

And who says that Pac is the more popular fighter? That must just be your opinion because it's a fact Floyd is the real more popular fighter, look at the PPV buys and ticket sales... Thank you
