Manny is the smaller fighter of the 2 so P4P wise hed be ahead of Floyd anyway.

You ain't gotta be beaten to lose the top p4p spot. If someone is a better fighter than you are, he goes above you in the p4p list. End of story.

p4p#1 is the best fighter in the world and that's all there is to it. You don't have to lose for someone else to be better than you, because its not like everyone is fighting everyone.

      Anyways, Pac is still #1.

At WW it might be hard to say who is better but pound for pound, its obvious that Pac is #1 IMO

Some people dropped Roy Jones from the number 1 spot when he was fighting subpar opposition.

Looking at old P4P lists, Floyd Mayweather, Bernard Hopkins, Roy Jones Jr., Pernell Whitaker, Julio Cesar Chaves, Sugar Ray Leonard, and Roberto Duran have all dropped out of the P4P #1 spot without being beaten.

Ummmmm, Floyd was never beaten. He took a break, Pac's claim to the number one spot was "He retired and I was number 2 so............yeah."

I jest lol. It's all opinion why are people getting so damn sensative I could care less who has the number 1 spot, THEY WILL PROVE IT IN THE RING.

Pac is the man until he gets beat. No magazine or website is needed to verify that. Now if Pac has another so so fight while Floyd scores another really huge win, then Floyd will have proven himself over Pac.

The list goes on. Ring magazine is officially a joke piece of trash.
The ring still has Pacquiao number 1

Skill has to be considered also.

Bull****, Flyod pretended to retire to duck Cotto, Margarito, Mosley(younger), Williams. Flyod came back and fought blown up Marquez, then a 39 freaking yr old Mosley and take the spot P4P#1?
Flyod and DLH planned all this out, which easiest shortcut to take to regain P4P#1 without fighting Pacquiao!!!
Flyod need to drop his bullcrap blood testing crusade and fight Pac to be P#P1 again!!!
