Have whichever commission (prob. nevada) where the fight would happen make the extra testing mandatory for the pacqiuao vs mayweather match for the sake of Boxing and for all us fans that want it so much.
Take away promoters egos,arguments about cut off dates and effectiveness of cut off dates,accusations of being guilty ect.
Have it for pac and floyd to set an example to all other boxers and athletes that you can be clean and be good through working hard and not cheating,not as a "i think your guilty take this test now" kind of pressurised smear campaign thing goin on.
Pac will be fine taking blood this time becuase now he eats to make weight,where as before with the morales first fight he starved to make weight so when blood was taken so close he couldnt eat or drink he was made to feel weak,now he will eat so many meals a day after the test and hopefully not let the blood drawing psychological issues affect him and be fit and healthy mentally and pysically and the fight will be competive and not badly affected by blood drawn or anything else.
Have a petition from all fans,from all boxers,from Floyd camp and promotions himself if he wants it to be a must agree to contract clause.
demand the commissions they ask for the extra testing so the fight can happen. then look at how worthwile it is afterwards and consider more stringent testing for all fights in the future with account to extra cost and negative/positive affect to the boxer and his training camp and health and state of mind.
Of course if pac does take the tests and looks weak and mentally jaded then If floyd won his win would be discredited and mean nothing as Pac wasnt 100% going into the fight,it would be like pac going into the fight injured!.
