I think if anything, Adamek's chin is his advantage. Speed wise goes to Haye.

adamek is more fundamental and is sharp

haye is fast with good power but leaves himself open at times.

I think Haye will beat him, late stoppage is my prediction. I haven't watched much of Adamek, going to download his fights later on. His boxing and precision is probably better than Haye's though.

actually I think adamek has better stamina than haye and maybe punch resistance too. otherwise haye is too strong, punches too hard, and probably too fast for haye
